I'm excited to be running for re-election to represent SMD 1E06! I've worked with many constituents over the past 2 years to help improve our neighborhood, including trash cleanups, sidewalk improvements, road safety improvements, and more!
DC government takes a long time to address the needs of the community. I've seen it take up to 8 months to replace a single swing in a swing set. It shouldn’t take years to fix broken sidewalks nor should the city be removing public trash cans in areas that need them. I have focused my term on increasing quality of life in our district, and I will continue to do so if re-elected. I regularly submit 311 requests, have organized neighborhood cleanups, and helped neighbors with issues that they are facing with the city.
