The record

Getting DC government to actually show up.

DC government takes a long time to address the needs of the community. It shouldn't take years to fix broken sidewalks, nor should the city remove public trash cans in areas that need them. I've focused my term on the day-to-day quality of life in our district.

I regularly submit 311 requests and help neighbors work through the issues they're facing with the city - from trash pickup to sidewalk repairs to road safety.

"I've seen it take up to eight months to replace a single swing in a swing set. Our neighbors deserve a government that moves faster than that."

    Turning 311 requests and testimony into fixes that actually land, and following up until they do.

  • Road & pedestrian safety

    Safer crossings, repaired sidewalks, and traffic-calming so it's safe to walk our streets.

  • Housing affordability

    Advocating for neighbors on the housing pressures we all feel.

  • A cleaner neighborhood

    Keeping public trash cans where they're needed and organizing local events.

  • $400K for Lower Georgia Ave businesses

    Secured $400,000 in the FY27 budget for businesses along Lower Georgia Avenue - a DMPED-run grant program to be announced.
